4. Dear Dr. Smith,
I hope this email finds you well. My name is George Brown and I’m attending English classes that you are teaching here in PUT. I’m emailing you because I’m encountering an issue here at school in regards to finding research books in English. More in-depth, I’m looking for some specific books in Engineering, but I failed to find any decent ones in the school’s main library. Therefore, I would like to ask you if it is possible for me to meet with you during your office hours and maybe you can share some knowledge and resources that might
help me. According to your office hours schedule, I see that you are available on Monday from 9-11.  Consequently, I will stop by your office during those times next week. Moreover, if that will not work for you, please do not hesitate to email me back with a time and a date that fits your schedule.
Sincerely,
George
