Imagine the following incidents / accidents occurred at your workplace. Consider what action might have been taken as a result. Write down some of your ideas.

1.  An employee felt unwell and complained of a pain in his chest.
   
2.  A small fire broke out in the staff kitchen.
   
3.  An employee fainted.
